Parent and Tots classes are for 2 - 5 year olds and their grown-ups. We welcome everyone whether it be mums, dads, grandparents, or childminders. Classes follow a fun theme such as dinosaurs or outer space. Tippy Toes Yoga is interactive, playful, and responsive to children's needs. The structure includes a hello circle, a breathing game, a warm up dance, yoga poses that flow to create an adventure story, sensory play, song time, bubbles, and relaxation. Our community classes finish with a snack time when parents can grab a cuppa, a treat, and unwind.

Children are free to explore the room so don't worry if you think you're little one is not going to sit on a mat. Our yoga adventure story is full of music, song, puppets, and play to engage them. Each class creates a story that enables children to explore yoga poses and engage with the feelings and situations that the characters experience, such as bravery, kindness, and resilience. Tippy Toes uses the story, movement, stillness, and the breath to teach self-regulation and positivity as well as good physical health.


Younger baby siblings are welcome to join for free. Adults can join in with the yoga as much as they like. It's fun exercise in a supportive environment. I am fully trained in which yoga poses are safe during pregnancy and post-natally so I can adapt the yoga routine for mummies and can give you tips for getting those pelvic floors strong.
